Qualified candidates must possess a genuine interest in this emerging field and be willing to learn both the skills of developing and managing schedules for large projects and programs and merging schedules with 3D models to create visual, time-phased virtual models of facility construction using Bentley Synchro software. Preferred candidates will have experience with large construction projects in the environmental, water and waste water industries. They will benefit from experience with Autodesk, Bentley i-Model Cloud, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software and with estimating software. None of these skills are absolute requirements since the candidates can be taught the basic skills needed. Upon learning the basic Synchro skills, the Virtual Planner/Scheduler will learn how to extend these skills into VR applications.

Work locations are in California with Sacramento being our current priority but also looking for candidates in Orange County. Salaries are dependent on the candidates’ skill levels and projected amount of time to learn these new skills. Benefit packages are available.
